How it works

3. We prepare the listing — photos, description, yield documentation. The property goes into our catalog.
4. We reach out to our investor database and carry the negotiation through to signing.

What it costs

We charge our fee only on a successful sale, as a commission on the sale price. We agree on the exact amount in advance, based on the property type and location — you'll know it before you sign anything.
